Start with the data and the direction
We identify the system that owns each piece of information, the fields to exchange and whether data moves in one direction or both. We also agree which actions are automatic and which require review.
A product catalogue connection, delivery estimate and payment workflow have different requirements. Sharing the API documentation and a short description of the intended result helps us assess feasibility.
Define the integration’s boundaries
The €315 starter scope covers one standard integration between two systems with documented APIs. It does not include every possible endpoint, a full data migration or unlimited custom business logic.
Authentication, error handling and mapping are reviewed during scoping. Complex payment flows, restricted data, high volumes or systems without suitable APIs need a separate estimate. Third-party charges remain separate.
See connected commerce in practice
Materia Home’s catalogue uses Micro.bg product synchronisation and an Econt delivery integration. Its portfolio entry shows how several business systems can support one customer journey.
These are examples of a wider custom project. They demonstrate relevant integration work without implying that the whole platform fits within a standard integration starter budget.
